Basic House Rules: Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m.- 8:00 a.m., during which noise shall not unreasonably disturb neighbors. Sound that's audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Amplified sound that's audible beyond the property's boundaries is prohibited. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the home; smoking is only allowed outside the home in the grassy areas.

Check in after 4:00 p.m. - Check out before 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy: We provide a 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. We provide a 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. There is no refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Cleaning Practices: All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 140 degrees (Fahrenheit). High-touch surfaces such as countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets are cleaned with a disinfectant.

Damage and Incidentals: You will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
